Vice President - Host Operations Manager

A Mississippi native, Cindy's banking technology career spans over 20 years. After receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi in 1983, she began working in computer operations at Senatobia Bank in Senatobia, Mississippi. Cindy played an integral part in Senatobia Bank's conversion to ITI software from prior banking software and was the bank’s primary computer operator. In 1992, she moved to First City Bank in Murfreesboro, Tennessee as a banking officer – computer operations manager, again having a primary role in converting to ITI software from previous banking software.

Cindy joined Fi-DATA in 1996 and oversees day to day computer operations, as well as internet banking products and installations. Fi-DATA's operators maintain the heart of Fi-DATA's processing center, the Unisys FS-1600 Mainframe computer. This department ensures that the programs running in the host environment are available for providing client institutions with account information for their customers, processing those accounts, as well as producing reports, statements, and other documents that are required in the banking industry. The computer operations department also processes all inbound and outbound Automated Clearing House (ACH) files.
