Don’s community banking career spans over 38 years. Don worked at First National Bank as a CIS system analyst in conversion support before moving to First City Bank as the Operations manager. He was reassigned to the customer support and conversions department with BASIS, and then to Third National Bank as data center manager, customer support and conversions. He has been with Fi-DATA since 2000.

Don oversees the customer support staff at Fi-DATA, which is made up of highly trained employees with extensive knowledge of banking operations. The customer support group is responsible for assisting clients with their day to day questions or problems related to Fi-DATA’s core processing and ancillary products. The customer support staff also assists clients with setting up new branches, converting accounts acquired through acquisitions and scheduling training.
