Vice President, Technical Support Manager

A former United States Army Warrant Officer and combat helicopter pilot, Jack knows the importance of keeping Fi-DATA’s programs and services running smoothly.  Jack served as an officer in the US Army for eight years as a battle captain, combat pilot trainer and jet-rated flight instructor. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Kentucky university in 2004, He worked for Durr-Fillauer Medical Inc. until he joined the team at Fi-DATA in 2006 as Networking Manager and was made Vice President in 2007.

Jack’s Army leadership experience prepared him for managing Fi-DATA’s technical support team.  They provide technical support to client institutions for many different products and services. This team ensures that applications, such as Insight Teller, Premier Viewpoint, and Branch and Merchant Capture, are deployed and available to the client institutions which use those applications.

Jack helps ensure that all projects and technical issues are handled in a timely, efficient manner.  “It’s important to our clients that any technical problem is resolved as quickly as possible.  It’s important to our department that our clients experience a minimum of interruption in their daily operations.”
