Vice President, Sales and Special Products

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems as well as a Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. Prior to joining Fi-DATA in 2005, he worked as a programmer for four years in application development of web based applications at Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), a bank data processor headquartered in Paducah, KY. Steve was then promoted to Product Marketing Manager, a position which included responsibilities for overseeing the development, management, promotion, and future planning of ancillary banking products such as internet banking, cash management, customer relationship management (CRM), web hosting, and secure messaging.

At Fi-DATA Steve manages sales activities, which includes direct sales and existing client sales, as well as sales operations and lead generation. He identifies, prices, and promotes new products and services, and also assists CEO Jean Ramsey in setting the overall strategy for Fi-DATA’s products and services. Steve is involved in developing strategic partnerships with industry leaders and the continued development of existing partnerships.
